We are familiar and enjoy working on Social Security Disability cases, especially at the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) stage, which is also known as the hearing stage. It is highly advisable to hire an attorney if you’re applying for Social Security Disability because claimant’s can easily make mistakes at every stage in the process and it can be extremely challenging to correct them or put the claimant in a very bad situation in regards to their case. We only take on SSDI matters at the Request For Reconsideration stage or the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) stage and we’re highly selective in regards to the cases we take on because winning these cases can be challenging, but is extremely important.
